Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not accept non warranty returns after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee and a $5.00 processing fee will be applied on all returns. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the processing fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you or your customer decide that you do not want the order after it has already been shipped.

Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If the item is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

You must call or email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to let us know of any shipping damage or we will not be able to issue a refund.

  1. Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.
  2. Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.
  3. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call our customer service department immediately at or email.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
