The K03 Pro also features a rack-and-pinion height adjuster for stepless angle adjustment from 8° to 39°.

The TSPROF Kadet Pro is a versatile knife sharpener with a knife turning mechanism that maintains a consistent sharpening angle on both sides of the blade. It features a rack-and-pinion height adjuster for precise angle adjustments from 9° to 28° per side. The anodized body of the Kadet Pro offers enhanced corrosion resistance and protection. Its modular design, compatible with clamps from K03 and Pioneer sharpeners, allows sharpening of various knife types. Weighing only 2100 g / 4.7 lbs, it’s compact, easy to disassemble for storage or transport, and provides stability during sharpening. The kit includes five diamond plates of various grits, from Extra Coarse to Very Fine, which require no breaking in, soaking, or oiling.
